Online Course Systems (OCS) is Learning Technologies’ public face for online services. It assists faculty and GTAs with their use of a number of enterprise-level learning and collaboration systems, including Scholar, ePortfolio, Blackboard, DyKnow, Course Evaluation, and ElementK tutorials. OCS serves the university community with:
• User support: faculty support desk, help pages, web support, application documentation;
• Training: user training through FDI, online documentation, handout materials, tutorials, videos, resource development;
• Product evaluation and quality assurance: usability and functionality testing, quality analysis and documentation; and
• Communication: acts as a key conduit between faculty and our systems and development teams as well as vendors.
