ePortfolio Initiatives
ePortfolio Initiatives collaborates with faculty, administrators, and students to facilitate the adoption, design, and implementation of electronic portfolios across the university.
Faculty are finding that ePortfolios can help improve student learning, increase organization and workflow, and aid in departmental assessment and accreditation efforts. If you have any projects associated with demonstrating student work, then ePortfolios may be for you.
Students are finding professional development benefits as they use their ePortfolio to demonstrate their intellectual growth over time and share their best work as a web-based component of job and/or graduate school applications.
ePortfolios are now fully integrated into the Scholar learning and collaboration system, and our staff will work with you to customize our system’s capabilities to meet the needs of your course, program, or project. As ePortfolio projects are launched, our staff provides guidance regarding best practices and offers training and documentation to aid in the rollout process.
